Delegate Diana Fennell is committed to supporting students in Legislative District 47A by offering scholarships to help them pursue higher education. If you are a student attending or planning to attend a Maryland undergraduate, graduate, vocational, or private career school, you may be eligible to apply.

Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for the Delegate Diana Fennell Scholarship, applicants must:
Reside in Legislative District 47A – Check your district at mdelect.net
File the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) by March 1, 2025
Be enrolled or planning to enroll at an eligible Maryland college, university, or private career school
Have a minimum GPA of 2.0
Submit a 500-word essay explaining why they are the best candidate for the scholarship
